Quorum

The quorum for the Executive Committee shall be at least fifty percent of the total members of such committee and the quorum for the General Assembly or Special General Assembly shall be at least thirty three percent of the total number of ordinary and organizational members of such assembly. The proceeding of the assembly called for the second time because of the failure to meet the quorum shall be conducted by the members themselves present in such assembly.
