Establishment, Expansion and Objectives

• This organization shall be a legal entity with perpetual succession and an autonomous body without any motive for earning profit. It shall have a seal of  its own for the official purpose.
• The organization, as a legal entity, may acquire, use or sell the movable or  immovable property or transfer its right over such property in any manner it  deems fit.
• The organization, as a legal entity, may initiate legal proceedings in its own  name or legal proceedings may be initiated against it in the same name.
  
  Objectives of the Organization shall be as follows:
   
• To provide necessary information to the public about the importance of wildlife,  to create awareness and to implement projects and programs with an aim of doing social service
• To carry out programs which minimize the possible negative effects on biodiversity due to the killing and illegal trade of wildlife
• To work, formulate programs and execute them in coordination with other national and international organizations having the same objectives for the realization of the goals of this organization
• To study and conduct research programs for the sustainable management of the natural resources
• To organize or cause to organize seminars, workshops and conferences on issues related to the objectives of the organization, provide necessary trainings and
  carry out any other functions for the attainment of the goals
• To accept any kinds of donations or contributions offered in cash or kinds to the organization and utilize them for right purposes
• To build contacts, establish relation and interact with national and international organizations or persons having the same objectives as of this organization.
